By 2013 we had already stopped having general medical clinics. Primary care had become focused on patients with chronic vascular diseases identified by the early detection programs in three communities (El Salvador, Keiko Sofia, and Micaela Bastidas). In July 2013 we moved into a permanent clinic space that has a central location in relation to the communities we serve. By this time we were purchasing medications from a distributor in Ica. We stopped accepting donated medications after the Peruvian customs office seized a batch.
